Terry L. Funk, President/Founder of International Technical
Resources, Inc. entered the executive recruiting industry by
accepting a position with the world’s largest contingency
recruiting firm in one of their flagship corporate offices. He was
the leading producer in this large office over the next five years
prior to opening ITR in 1994. He garnered numerous national and
regional production awards, has been an invited speaker at
conferences, boards of Directors meetings and has been engaged as
a consultant to various company leaders including private equity
and venture capital firms. He believes that in
today’s ever changing market, the key to a successful company is
acquiring the best talent.

Terry, prior to entering the search industry held various
management positions for a worldwide steel manufacturing company.
Upon leaving the steel industry, he became very successful
entrepreneur of three different businesses. He attended the
University of Minnesota majoring in marketing.
